It appears that Apple is prepping another update to iOS according to BGR. This version is rumored to have a few enhancements, fix some bugs and address security issues...but no mention of mitigating an iOS 4.3.1 jailbreak exploit. The previous iOS update was rumored to (and eventually resulted in) the removal of jailbreak exploits.
Hopefully, redsn0w 0.9.6RC11 recently released by the iPhone Dev Team which provides an untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.3.1 will still be applicable. It appears that this untethered jailbreak exploit could fall under the "security issues" category...stick with your iOS 4.3.1 jailbreak until a thorough review by the Dev Team hackers is done.
