i0nic was quick to confirm that the vulnerability was for the iPad jailbreak in iOS 4.3.1 was not fixed in iOS 4.3.2. It appears that redsn0w 0.9.6RC13 is ready to jailbreak your iPad after iOS 4.3.2 was just released a week ago.
The jailbreak for your iPad running iOS 4.3.2 is quite simple with basically the same steps to jailbreak via redsn0w for the previous iOS 4.3.1 version. Just download redsn0w 0.9.6rc13 (Mac, Windows) and the iOS 4.3.2 IPSW file. Then just connect your iPad to your computer, run redsn0w and follow the onscreen instructions much like the previous version.
This again...does not support the iPad 2.
