Rovio has confirmed via twitter that they will be creating a cross-platform sync solution called Angry Birds Sync. This sync will allow you to play Angry Birds on different devices without losing achievements, progress, and records. I personally like this as an option since I play Angry Birds on my iPad, iPad 2, and Android phone. Rovio is planning to release their sync tool this summer and may beat the implementation of the Apple data center.
On a side note, Easter is less than 2 weeks away and Rovio has provided early screen shots for their update to Angry Birds Seasons HD. This will follow up the St. Patrick Day Edition and the update will include many eggs, bunnies and other items to fully enjoy your Angry Bird Easter Egg Hunt.
