iOS 4.2.1 Jailbreak or iOS 4.3 Update?

The people getting the most out of the iOS 4.3 update are the iPhone 4 users that previously didn't jailbreak...they now get the mobile hotspot feature (with a fee). Apple provided a gesture based multitouch commands for developers in beta versions, but this has been removed from this release. So, is there a good reason to forego your iOS 4.2.1 untethered jailbreak and update to standard iOS 4.3 or a tethered jailbroken iOS 4.3? Not really...

Enhancements in iOS 4.3 for iPad users
  • Orientation Lock/Mute switch settings enabled for adjustment
  • Home Sharing on the iPad through iTunes
  • AirPlay enhancements for an Apple TV (2nd Generation)
  • iPad 2 Video or iMovie can be sent to Apple TV
  • Improved Safari performance with Nitro Java
iPad jailbreakers doesn't offer anything substantial to cause me to update to iOS 4.3, but after I pick up my iPad 2 tomorrow...then I'll have an iPad of my own to try out iOS 4.3 on.
