A few minutes ago, Apple seeded iOS 4.3 beta 2 to developers. It was less than a week ago that Apple released the first beta of iOS 4.3. This new beta included WiFi hotspot capabilities for GSM (and CDMA) iPhones and gesture for the iPad..if you have a developer account you can check this out (Redmond has a non-developer account method, try at your own risk!).
Apple has confirmed that the new "button-free" multitasking gestures for the iPad won't be enabled on the final release of iOS 4.3, but they encouraged developers to try them out.
This beta release contains a preview of new multitasking gestures for iPad. You can use four or five fingers to pinch to the Home Screen, swipe up to reveal the multitasking bar, and swipe left or right between apps. This feature will not be enabled in iOS 4.3 for customers, but we are providing this preview to gather input on how these gestures work with your apps. I guess these gestures may provide another reason to jailbreak your iPad running iOS 4.3.
