iPad Alpha Lock Screen

Here’s a cool thing in iOS 4.2 for iPad, if you disable the simple 4-digit passcode in the Settings app and select to create an alphanumeric passcode, the iPad has a blackened keyboard in the lockscreen.

There is a black keyboard in 3.2, but you need to enable it with a configuration profile. Apple enabled it by default in iOS 4.2 beta, I wonder if they will allow developers to request the black keyboard.

Us here at iPad Jailbreak prefer the dark keyboard!
