Toshiba Libretto W100

The new libretto® W100 (rumored last month) ultra mobile PC multiplies your possibilities by offering dual 7” diagonal multi-touch screens that work horizontally or vertically—perfect for ebooks or enjoying movies, music and photos. It also offers easy navigation, along with different virtual keyboards plus a “soft” track pad that let you type, click and browse the way you want.

Key Features:
  • Durable, innovative 1.5-lbs clamshell design
  • Multi-Mode Virtual Keyboard
  • Built-in Webcam
  • USB port and built-in memory reader
  • Powered by Windows® 7 Home Premium

The Libretto will sell for $1599 in Australia, significantly more than the iPad, which Toshiba executives justify on the basis that the device offers more than a passive "consumption" experience.
