GreenPois0n To Jailbreak iPad OS 3.2

The developer behind Greenpois0n – p0sixninja has just posted a screenshot of his jailbreaking tool for iPhone and iPod touch which is said to now bring support for jailbreaking iPad. For those of you who don’t know, p0sixninja is a member of Chronic Dev Team and recently tweeted about accepting donations to aide in getting an iPad in order to help them jailbreak it. I've already put up a few bones for this!!

A long detailed post by p0sixninja has just been posted to clear out any confusion regarding the teams authenticity.

According to him, they have have found an exploit in the latest iPhone 3.1.3 firmware which will be able to unlock and jailbreak iPhone 3GS (new bootrom), and iPod touch 3G untethered. All they are now waiting is for the iPad with iPhone 3.2 to hit shelves on April 3rd.

I've been a chronic-dev follower for quite a long time, and I'm also 100% certain they're sitting on an untethered exploit and not releasing it. One of my biggest fears in the past was that you'd release it and burn it, but luckily that hasn't happened yet!

yea, this is something i've thought long and hard about, we have wifi ipad1,1 coming in apr, ipad3g coming in may, and iphone3,1 coming in june. but, we usually discuss with devteam and/or geohot before we release stuff, so don't worry too much. we'll make the best possible (and informed decision)"

Looking forward to getting a my iPad jailbroken, but am willing to wait as long as necessary to make the most use out of the jailbreak!
